How To Submit

Select services and place your order

Begin your submission by familiarising yourself with the available services, these can be found here. Then selecting the services most suitable for your submission from the options below and create your order. Please do not skip this step, an order number is required for your submission to link with our tracking system.

Download and fill in our submission form

Download and complete the submission form in PDF or Word format, alternatively please use our Excel submission form and return via email. To find out more about 'Declared Value', please visit the FAQ page, or for any further questions please feel free to drop us a message!

Package your submission ready for sending

Package your cards securely for transit, in the same order as you have written them on your submission form. Within the package, please include correctly ordered cards along with the form and your order number. Alternatively if you do not have access to a printer you can complete a digital version of the submission form, and email it to: (Please ensure you include your order number with your cards)

Packing Guidelines

Step 1

Place each individual card into a penny sleeve/soft sleeve and into a semi-rigid card saver. If you do not have card savers, top loaders are accepted, but there will be a 15p per card charge for any cards which require transferring into a semi-rigid card saver.

Step 2

Encase your cards in cardboard, and seal with tape or bands.

Cover the cardboard with bubble wrap for added protection.

Step 3

Place the cards into a small box and pack tightly, using either packing peanuts, bubblewrap or parcel paper.

Tape your box shut, covering all openings.

When sending packs, we recommend placing the pack inside a graded card sleeve, with a semi-rigid card saver, and following the remaining steps above.

Please avoid:

- Putting every individual card into a team bag.

-Using ‘pull tabs’ when submitting in semi-rigids.

- Putting no information in the package. if you have emailed a submission form, please include your name and order number with your cards.

Send us your cards

Send your submission to: We recommend sending with Royal Mail Special Delivery with adequate insurance. (UK postal submissions only, no couriers.  If sending via courier please contact us for an alternative courier accessible address UK & ROI only, due to restrictions on exported goods we are no longer accepting submissions from the EU.)

Once we have your submission

We will send you an email once we have received and processed your submission, along with your invoice for payment. Please make payment promptly, as your submission will not be dispatched to PSA unless your submission has been paid in full.

You will have access to our order tracker once your submission has been received, you can follow your submissions’ progress through the PSA stages by logging in with your order number found in your order confirmation email.

Once your submission is back with ARK and ready to return, we will be in touch to confirm the return address and discuss postage options. Please note due to the volume of submissions we receive we are unable to hold returns for prolonged periods of time. Submissions on different service levels - i.e Value Plus & Bulk will be returned to you separately, as soon as they are back with ARK Grading.
